When will I receive my order?

Once you complete your purchase, we connect you directly with the artist so they can arrange the best shipping option for you. Shipping times may vary depending on the artist’s location, the type of item, and any custom work involved. Most artists aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days, but made-to-order or personalized pieces may take longer. The artist will provide tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you wish to make a return, please note:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the day you bought it.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return based on its condition, category, and circumstances of the sale.

Some products, such as made-to-order items, personalized pieces, or those that by nature cannot be shipped back safely (e.g., flammable goods), are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Made to order items
